I earned my BFA in Art and Technology studies from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. When I wasn't working in the animation bay or firing lasers in the holography lab, I was schlepping my sketchbook and Sony Mavica around on urban adventures, exploring the wilds of the city. After college, I spent over a decade in education, teaching a palette of core and media arts classes at the secondary school level. I took particular delight in inflicting math on my art students and art on my math students.

I currently live and work at the foot of the Rocky Mountains in northern New Mexico with my wife, son, and adventurous husky. I love catching each of the little, chaotic, and beautiful moments that life throws at me and sharing those moments and inspirations with you.
